Research

The activities of our team are theoretical and cover two main research area. On the one hand, out-of-equilibrium quantum systems, with the study of quantum correlations, thermalization in isolated, driven or disordered quantum gases. On the other hand, the physics of light scattering and dispersive forces in atomic media, structured or disordered dielectrics and metals. We are also part of several consortiums performing experimental tests of the equivalence principle.
